The holiday villa C7 in the heart of the Ocean Side Place complex, offers generous space for up to 6 people.
On the ground floor you are welcomed by a brightly furnished living room with a view of the garden. A cosy dining table and a rattan set offer comfortable seating for quiet evenings or sociable rounds with friends.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped and has a large fridge-freezer, toaster and coffee machine. Here you will find all the appliances you need.
In addition to a lovingly furnished bedroom with a double bed, there is a friendly bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor.
A modern staircase leads up to the upper floor, where there are two more spacious bedrooms with double beds, private shower and toilet.
At the back of the house there is a garden with a terrace. In the outside area around the house you will also find numerous seating possibilities.
So that even the hot days remain bearable, all rooms in the villa are equipped with air conditioning. In addition, you enjoy free WiFi throughout the house. The internet here is excellent and very fast. If you want to be online outside the house, you can buy a prepaid card for about 10 euros per month.
If you travel with children, a cot can be provided as an option. To pass the time there are German books and board games for the whole family.
The own roofed parking space directly in front of the house completes the offer.
Equipment
Bed linen, towels, tea towels, digital Smart TV, WLAN, complete kitchen equipment for 6 persons, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, microwave, filter coffee machine, coffee capsule machine from Nespresso and Eduscho on request (pads must be brought along), safe.
Additional service
We want our guests to feel comfortable. Therefore we offer additional services.
We would be happy to book a taxi service for you, which will pick you up from the airport and take you back to the airport on departure. The costs for the 180 km trip for 2 persons with luggage are about 70 € and have to be settled directly with the taxi service. A minibus from and to the airport for up to 6 people costs about 90 €.
To be able to move independently and freely in the area, we recommend a rental car or a rental motorcycle. The costs for a Honda Motor Scooter Automatic 110 cm³ are currently 7 €/day. A Saleng (scooter with sidecar) with 125 cm³ costs 9 €/day. Usually the house is cleaned 1 x per week, incl. fresh towels and bed linen. If you wish a daily cleaning, this is possible for an extra charge.
We also offer an optional laundry service for an extra charge. The dirty linen is picked up directly in the house and returned the next day freshly washed.
