Our two-storey holiday home is embedded in an idyllic garden and offers space for up to 4 people. On two floors you will find two air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The spacious living room on the ground floor has two comfortable rattan sofas, a spacious dining area and a 40" Flat TV. Thanks to the air conditioning you will feel comfortable here even on hot days. On both sides of the room the terrace doors can be opened, which provides additional draught.
The bright kitchen is fully equipped and has a large refrigerator, stove, coffee machine and microwave. Here you will find everything you need to spoil your family and friends with culinary delights. All you have to do is pick up the fresh ingredients from the nearby farmers' market and in no time at all you will be able to conjure up delicious meals.
Adjacent to the living room is a bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the first floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet, which can be accessed directly from your own bedroom. Large window fronts provide much light and a friendly atmosphere.
We are happy to provide cots for small children free of charge.
A balcony on the first floor and the cosy covered terrace in the basement offer enough space for an outdoor breakfast or a convivial round on warm summer evenings.
As our guest you enjoy free WLAN reception and full air conditioning throughout the house. The internet connection in Thailand is very fast and almost trouble-free. If you also need reception outside the house, you can purchase a prepaid card for about 10 Euro per month.
For rental cars or motorbikes you can use the private parking space directly in front of the house.
Equipment
Bed linen, towels, tea towels, digital Smart TV, WLAN, complete kitchen equipment for 6 persons, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, microwave, filter coffee machine, coffee capsule machine from Nespresso and Eduscho on request (pads must be brought along), safe.
Additional service
In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we offer our guests additional services at extra charge.
We will gladly take care of your airport transport to and from the holiday home. For the 180 km trip you have to calculate about 70 € for 2 persons with luggage. A minibus from and to the airport for up to 6 persons costs about 90 €.
If you want to explore the surroundings on your own and make trips to nearby destinations, we recommend a rental car or a rental motorcycle. The costs for a Honda Motor Scooter Automatic 110 cm³ are currently 7 €/day. A Saleng (scooter with sidecar) with 125 cm³ costs 9 €/day.
The rental price includes a weekly house cleaning, which also includes a change of towels and bed linen. If you wish a daily cleaning, this is possible for an extra charge.
For daily fresh laundry we also offer a laundry service for an extra charge. The dirty laundry is picked up directly in the house and brought back the next day freshly washed.
We personally take care of our guests. Our contact person on site speaks Thai, English and German. If you have any questions or problems, we are always happy to help you.
